SELL REAL ESTATE THE MODERN FAMILY WAY

YouTube Preview Image

Let Phil Dunphy show you how to sell a house the Modern Family way.  Placing continual pressure on a buyers trigger points, he gently (hysterically) maneuvers them into purchasing the house.  Playing on a sense of urgency he closes the deal without ever realizing he sold the property.

Commission accomplished Dunphy style.  Now this might not be your style however,  the strategies of negotiation were successfully demonstrated here by Phil.  And as you can see it can be easy and hilarious to sell real estate.  So don’t forget to have some fun with it.
